It’s All A Load Of Jargon!

When it comes to transcription, it really is pretty straightforward.

I’ve been looking online at some other transcription providers that are out there and I have to say, some of their websites are very complicated to navigate around, even for me, and I’ve been doing this job for a very long time.

I’m not knocking these other businesses, I’m really not, I’m sure they do a fantastic job and offer an excellent service.  But the difference between them and us, is, I’ve purposely missed out all of the marketing jargon.  I know what clients want.  I know they want an excellent standard of work, completed within a realistic timescale, for a reasonable price.  They don’t want the hidden extras, tick this box for this and tick that box for that, tick this box if you want it emailed, tick that box if you want it to sparkle with glitter. (Ok, hands up, I am being a bit sarcastic with the glitter bit!

I try my hardest to keep my prices as low as possible, if I didn’t, then nobody would use these services.  I’m upfront, with nothing to hide and with no hidden extras to be added on at the end.  Anyone who knows me, will know that me as a person, I wear my heart on my sleeve, and that’s the same with my business too.  I try to keep things simple, uncomplicated and transparent.
